Sõidupäevik (soidud.ee) is a web-based service for businesses and individuals to maintain a drive log. The service allows you to register drives, manage vehicles and routes, create expense reports, and export data.
New users and companies receive a free trial period upon registration according to the selected plan. During the trial period, all service features are fully available. After the trial period ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
Payment for the service is made monthly through the Montonio payment service. The subscription is valid for one calendar month from the date of payment.
After the billing period ends, the user has a 7-day grace period to make a payment, during which the service remains accessible. If payment is made during the grace period, the new billing period starts from the end date of the previous period (not the payment date). If payment is not made within 7 days, the subscription expires and access to the service is restricted.
Users with an expired subscription can still view their existing data (drives, vehicles, expense reports), but cannot add new drives or save any new data until a payment is made. Full functionality is restored once the payment is completed.
The service provider reserves the right to change service prices and package terms. Users will be notified of price changes by email at least 30 days in advance. New prices and terms take effect from the next billing period. If the user does not agree with the changes, they have the right to cancel the subscription before the new period begins.
The user can cancel the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the service remains until the end of the current billing period. For subscriptions cancelled during the trial period, access remains until the end of the trial period.
The service provider reserves the right to restrict or terminate user access to the service in case of violation of the terms of service.
We process personal data in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data is retained as long as the user's account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and drive data are deleted, except payment and subscription history, which is retained to fulfill accounting obligations.

The company owner can delete the company account along with all associated data (vehicles, routes, drives, receipts, expense documents) and their user account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Payment and subscription history is retained even after account deletion in accordance with accounting law requirements. Other company users (drivers, managers) do not lose their user accounts, but their association with the company is removed.
