When you register, you get a free trial period with all features available. After the trial ends, you can choose a paid plan or continue with the free plan.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription page. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued.

Payments are processed through the Montonio payment service, which supports bank links from all Estonian banks and card payments.

Upload a photo of a fuel receipt and the system automatically detects the station name, fuel price, amount, and date. The data is automatically linked to the receipt. This feature is available in paid plans.

Yes. You can export your drive log as an Excel (.xlsx) file by month or year. The report includes all drives with routes, kilometers, and costs. Export is available in paid plans.

It depends on your plan. The free plan allows 1 car. The Starter plan allows 2 cars. The Business plan allows up to 7 cars and 10 users. The Business+ plan has no limits.

Yes. Routes can be saved with their distance and quickly selected from a dropdown when adding drives. You can also save drive purposes.

All data is stored securely in the cloud on Estonian servers. Data is backed up regularly and access is protected with encrypted connections.

Yes. The company owner can delete the entire company account along with all data. Payment history is retained in accordance with accounting law requirements.
